One of the biggest challenges homeowners face is dealing with cockroach infestations, PROPERLY.
Roaches are SO difficult to get rid of. It’s almost like they could survive the apocalypse.
Smash them; they will twitch and crawl with the last vestiges of hope to see another day.
Apply pesticides in their nest; it is only a matter of time before you spot yet another scavenger.
So how can you permanently get rid of these little stinky scuttling?
Well, I know of a SIMPLE yet effective method that Professional Pest Control Services use to wipe out the entire cockroach population in one sitting.
It is called the “Roach Clean out” method. And I’m going to show you (in this article) how you too can perform this procedure step by step.
But first, let’s discuss what ‘roach clean out’ is all about.
What Is Roaches Clean Out?
Roaches clean out is the taking of drastic measures to kill about 99% of the cockroach population in one single treatment. This service is usually performed by a professional exterminator.
But do you need to become an exterminator or have a license to apply this strategy?
Of course not!
Many homeowners indulge in this practice, without none of that.
On my part, I was very fortunate to learn this from a Pest Control Technician, who happened to be a friend.
Since my last application, I have managed to keep roaches, as well as other house pests 1,000 klicks away from my home. And so will you.
Why A Deep Roaches Clean Out Might Be Your Best Defense?
Little Bugs, Big Mess!
There are dozens of reasons why a deep cockroach cleanup of this magnitude is required:
1. Roaches Are Everywhere!
Let’s face it: there isn’t a single home without a cockroach or two.
Even the cleanest houses aren’t immune to roaches.
All I’m saying is your house could be harboring them. And the longer you wait, the more they multiply and become difficult to deal with.
2. Dinning WIth Roaches Is An Invite To Illness
You won’t necessarily fall sick or die if a cockroach climbs your skin.
They aren’t that dangerous. But make no mistakes these scavengers pose quite a number of health and sanitation risks that are detrimental.
They carry and spread various bacteria and pathogens from their bodies.
As they crawl through your home, they can contaminate food preparation surfaces, utensils, and even your food itself.
This can result in illnesses like salmonella, E. Coli, dysentery, food poisoning, or even triggering allergy and asthma.
3. Your Properties And Comfort Are At Steak!
Roaches have a voracious appetite and will feed on almost anything, including paper, glue, and fabrics.
Their presence can lead to foul odors, irremovable stains, and damage to household items.
4. 10x Quicker And More Effective
Maintaining a Roach-Free Environment after a HUGE infestation hit can be done differently.
Most people prefer to declutter and organize their living space; by applying repellents and sealing cracks and entry points.
This is a non-toxic method I talk about most of the time because it too is effective. However, it is not as potent as the use of chemicals in a roaches clean out.
5. It is Easy To Apply
You just need to buy the right product and apply.
That is it!
The pesticides won’t cost you anything, and application won’t take more than 10 minutes —at most.
You can quickly apply it and get on with your day.
The Ultimate Roaches Clean Out Solution That Wipes Out Roaches
The first step is to conducting a thorough inspection of your home to identify the extent of the infestation.
Look for signs such as droppings (small, dark pellets), egg casings, or musty odors in common hiding spots like kitchen cabinets, appliances, and cracks in walls.
These are areas where roaches are active.
Once you have located their nest, you can then proceed to apply any insecticide of your choice. Remember to follow the manufacturers’ application rules.
Most professionals use Pyrethroids: (e.g., permethrin, cypermethrin).
These are more of a synthetic version of a natural insecticide derived from chrysanthemums.
Oregano phosphates are also a popular choice, so as Neonicotinoids.
NOTE: These treatments should be applied ONLY in those areas with high cockroach activity, for the best result.
The chemicals work by disrupting the cockroaches’ nervous system, leading to their eventual demise.
And lastly, remember to wear a pair of glove and wash your hands afterwards.
Good luck!.
The Verdict
Oh! One more thing:
Make sure you are putting on a pair of gloves before proceeding with this roaches clean out procedure. These chemicals can be harmful to both pets and children, so you want to apply with caution.
As said, this is insanely powerful and extreme measure to eradicating these nuisance for good. But it too can be a double edge sword.
